Hotel Stella Maris is less than
three quarters of an hour's
drive from Cagliari's port and airport,
along the Provincial Road 17,
a panoramic route which takes you
alongside the beautiful coast.
Continue on this road until you come
to the turn off for Campulongu.
Another kilometre or so and you will see
the signs for the hotel.
Turning right, a short drive along
an off-track road, takes you directly
to the front of the hotel.

HOW TO REACH VILLASIMIUS
By car
• From Cagliari: Drive to Poetto Beach and follow the coast as far as Margine Rosso, where the beach ends. Take a right turn and follow the coast road and after about 45 km you'll reach Villasimius.
• From Olbia: Drive along Highway 125 (Orientale Sarda). The view is beautiful but the road itself is narrow and full of bends. You might prefer the longer route: Olbia - Nuoro - Cagliari along Highway 131. From Cagliari drive to Poetto Beach and follow the coast as far as Margine Rosso, where the beach ends. Take a right turn and follow the coast road and after about 45 km you'll reach Villasimius.
• From Alghero: Take Highway 127 bis to Sassari and then down to Cagliari on Highway 131. Drive to Poetto Beach and follow the coast as far as Margine Rosso, where the beach ends. Take a right turn and follow the coast road and after about 45 km you'll reach Villasimius.
• From Porto Torres: Drive down Highway 131 to Cagliari. Drive to Poetto Beach and follow the coast as far as Margine Rosso, where the beach ends. Take a right turn and follow the coast road and after about 45 km you'll reach Villasimius.
